Position Overview: As a Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the vehicle selection process by providing in-depth knowledge of Hyundai models, features, and technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide expert guidance on Hyundai vehicles, features, and benefits
• Stay up to date on the latest Hyundai models, trims, and technologies
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
• Assist customers in comparing models and understanding financing options
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and customer engagement
• Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle displays
• Participate in training sessions and stay informed on industry trends

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong interest in automotive technology and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
