Position Overview

We are seeking a Care Coordinator / Office Administrator to manage caregiver scheduling, client coordination, and day-to-day office operations. This role is essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality care and a positive experience for both clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure full coverage

• Maintain staffing levels and ensure continuity of care

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and family members

• Support employee relations and caregiver engagement

• Assist with office administration and daily operations

• Collaborate with referral sources and maintain strong relationships

• Participate in an on-call rotation (shared across team)

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare, staffing, office administration, or related field preferred

• Background in home care, patient care, HR, or employee relations is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

• Geriatric care experience is helpful but not required

• Willing to train the right candidate
