Pay & Compensation

• Weekly base pay: $1,290 (6 days x $215 per day)
• Trailer unload bonus: $900 per week (3 trailers x $300 per trailer)
• Average weekly pay: $2,190 average annually: $113,880
• Layover and breakdown pay
• Safety bonus

Home Time

• Home every week guaranteed 34-hour reset
• Driver can go home with the truck
• Late model Freightliner Cascadia or KW T 680 (automatic)

The Job

• Dedicated Family Dollar route you know your stops, you know your customers, and you get it done
• Floor-loaded, multi-stop freight minimum 2 stops, up to 6 per run
• 3 trailers per week, approximately 3,000 cases per trailer average case weight 1 to 20 lbs
• 100% driver unload using rollers expect 3 to 4 hours of physical work per day, the rest is driving
• Tight backing our drivers back more in one day than most OTR drivers do in a week
• 53 ft dry van, sleeper truck, no slip seating
• Running area: IA, CO, IL, OK, AR, MO, LA, MS, KS, MI, WI, WY, ND, SD, NE, TN

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL in state of residence
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months OR 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years sleeper required, must have run at least 3 states
• Clean MVR no more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years, no positive drug test on record, no Clearinghouse violations ever
• No termination for cause from most recent employer
• Must pass DOT physical (long form, minimum 6 months remaining) and urine drug screen
