Landscape Estimator

This role is for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who's ready to own their numbers and become a key driver of our company's mission.
Responsibilities:
As an Estimator, you are an essential part of our business. Your primary function is to serve our sales team by taking the information gathered by our Account Managers and Business Developers and turning it into a polished proposal, using our estimation software.
You will be expected to:
Own the numbers, utilizing and maintaining digital systems for all estimation activities, including on-site measurements, material inventory, and cost analysis.
Act as a strategic partner for Sales, Project Management, and Production, collaborating to ensure accurate job costing and the timely delivery of client solutions.
Drive efficiency by preparing and formatting accurate service contracts and enhancement estimates for the sales team review.
Master the details by working with design plans and site specifications to create a comprehensive list of all materials and item quantities required for projects.
Be a proactive problem-solver by supporting the sales team with urgent material take-offs, digital photo documentation, and pricing for enhancement recommendations.
Complete prospective site evaluations and post-inspections/Quality Control of completed Enhancement projects.
Log job inspection digital photos, and complete job photo filing in client folders.
Obtain non-responsive client survey results from Quality Control surveys (Maintenance & Snow/Ice services).
Conduct Pre-Season & Post-Season Snow/Ice site conditions with digital documentation.
Respond to new Prospect Leads and conduct initial site inspections.
Prepare initial site evaluation reports (digitally documenting existing site conditions and inventory).
Complete additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Account Managers and Integrators as deemed necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Fearless, lifelong learner with innovative thinking skills.
Completion of post-secondary education (college, industry, or technical training).
Plant, tree & shrub ID and Pest/Disease knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in digital tools, including photo editing, measuring, and estimating software.
Ability to work closely with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
Speak, read & write English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related industry experience.
CLT, CSP, and ASM certifications.
Experience with digital measuring applications and CRM platforms.
Experience with design software (e.g., PRO Landscape 3D, U-Vision, Photoshop, CAD).
Speak, read & write Spanish.
