What You'll Do:

• Prepare, organize, and scan confidential tax documents
• Review files for accuracy and completeness
• Save and manage digital documents in our system
• Prepare professional client deliverables (digital and print)
• Communicate with clients, CPAs and team members

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us meet deadlines and deliver top-notch service.

Who We're Looking For:

• College student pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to reliable transportation to our Naperville office
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn

Schedule:

Available to work up to 35 hours per week , Monday through Saturday during tax season, with flexible scheduling.
