We're looking for a Residential Sales Representative who thrives on competition, independence, and results. You'll receive qualified leads, but the top performers actively create new opportunities and build their own pipeline within their assigned territory.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations and prepare digital estimates using our iPad-based quoting system.
• Build rapport, assess project needs, and present clear, detailed proposals.
• Follow up on open estimates and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Actively market within your assigned territory using neighborhood outreach, awareness campaigns, and referral-driven initiatives to build visibility and generate new leads.
• Collaborate with our production and operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project completion.
• Represent the CertaPro brand with professionalism, urgency, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in in-home or field sales (home improvement, remodeling, roofing, flooring, etc.).
• Strong closing skills and a competitive drive to exceed goals.
• Ability to work independently, manage follow-ups, and stay organized.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile estimating tools.
• Availability for weekday appointments, with occasional evenings or Saturdays during busy season.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
