Location: Michigan / Chicago Greater area
Schedule: Overnight (primarily between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

We are currently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Area Supervisor to oversee overnight cleaning operations for key accounts.
Position Overview
The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing and supporting overnight cleaning crews across multiple locations, ensuring all contracted services meet or exceed client expectations. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently during overnight hours.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and motivate cleaning crews at multiple client sites.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for key accounts, addressing issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate staffing , manage call-offs, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor supply inventory and request replenishments as needed.
• Document and report on daily activities, incidents, and inspection findings.
• Enforce company safety and security protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites.
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move up to 40 lbs. during shifts.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, different facility types).
