Center Point Counseling Illinois LLC is a growing private mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Position Summary :
We are seeking a licensed mental health counselor to join our team of professionals in our newly renovated space. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients, comfortable working independently, and aligned with the mission and values of our practice.

Key Responsibilities :

· Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse client population.

· Conduct intake assessments and create treatment plans.

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

· Participate in regular supervision and/or team meetings

· Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.

Required Qualifications :

· Active licensure in the state of Illinois (e.g., LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent).

· Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

· Liability insurance

· Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

Preferred Qualifications :

· Experience in private practice or outpatient settings.

· Specialization/experience in areas such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, life transitions; working with individuals, couples, families and/or adolescents.

· Telehealth experience and comfort using EHR systems.

Schedule & Compensation :

· Independent 1099 contractor position and/or possible W-2 position

· EHR system, billing, along with all office supports provided

· Flexible scheduling – Full or part-time as you set your own schedule

· Competitive pay: above market compensation

· Weekly supervision and case consultation provided
