Salary: $55K-$60K (Exempt) Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in our target market. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide outstanding customer support and follow up with clients after sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in selling modular construction systems or lean manufacturing solutions is a plus.
- A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with the Elk Grove Village market and surrounding areas.
