SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Specialist
- Manage and optimize company websites to improve user experience, search visibility, and conversion rates
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, pay-per-click (PPC), and other paid search campaigns
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements
- Oversee SEM initiatives to drive qualified traffic and leads
- Create, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and community engagement
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- 1–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Experience managing multiple websites or locations is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-based industries is a plus
