MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring daily work execution aligns with production priorities
- Assign work, manage schedules, and ensure coverage for breakdowns, PMs, and urgent repairs
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues alongside the team
- Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM)
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term reliability improvements
- Ensure compliance with HSE, OSHA, and process safety (PSM) standards
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
- Manage contractors and vendors for repairs and projects
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and installations
- Track KPIs related to uptime, reliability, and maintenance performance
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and maintenance planning initiatives
- Maintain strong communication between maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial or chemical manufacturing
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- strong background in rotating equipment, pumps, motors, piping systems, and plant utilities
- Experience with PM/PdM, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance programs
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Knowledge of process safety (PSM), OSHA, and HSE standards
- strong communication skills with ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments
- Experience managing maintenance crews and driving performance

education: High School Responsibilities • Responsible for maintenance crews for the site
• Ensure appropriate skill and capability mix of technicians across the function
• Manage, coach and develop maintenance personnel, holding them accountable for delivery of results and supporting mutually agreed development needs • Promote an environment that achieves incident free performance through diligent proactive safety efforts and job safety planning.
• Responsible for ensuring the safe maintenance of plant and equipment in line within internal and regulatory requirements (site and corporate policies/procedures).
• Ensures compliance to PSM legislation regarding responsibilities for the Mechanical Integrity Program.
• Assists safety audits and inspections and completes actions on time.
• Accepts responsibility for team’s housekeeping standards within area.
• Verifies approved MOCs for changes prior work.
• Highlights safety concerns for new projects and installations.
• Complete JSAs and toolbox talks with mechanics.
• Participate in Accident and Incident Investigations and analysis.
