Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to fill two full-time Special Education teaching positions for the 2026–2027 academic year. The district is eager to move quickly and is actively scheduling interviews this week for qualified candidates.

Available Openings

2nd–3rd Grade Inclusion Classroom

4th–5th Grade Instructional Classroom

These opportunities are ideal for educators who are committed to supporting diverse learners through individualized instruction, collaborative planning, and inclusive educational practices. The selected teachers will work closely with school staff, related service providers, and families to help students strengthen academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills in supportive learning environments.

Position Overview:

• Support positive behavior strategies and student engagement.
  
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  
• Foster an encouraging and structured classroom environment.
  
• Deliver differentiated instruction based on student learning needs.
  
• Collaborate with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  

1. Experience working with young learners with diverse needs.
   
2. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.
   
3. Having at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
