Your Role:
As a Night Esthetics Instructor, you will inspire and educate students in the fascinating field of esthetics. You will conduct evening classes, guiding students through essential concepts and practical techniques in skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments, while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive instructional sessions, both theoretical and practical, in esthetics.
• Evaluate and assess student performance with constructive feedback.
• Create an organized and inspiring classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Develop and update curriculum aligned with current industry standards and practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to maintain high educational standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A strong dedication to mentoring and guiding future beauty professionals.
• Ability to modify teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Availability for evening classes, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
