Medical Office Accounts Receivable Clerk
Responsibilities:- Process and post payments to customer accounts- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues- Generate and send out invoices to customers- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related role- Knowledge of medical billing systems and terminology, including ICD-10 and CPT codes- Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical records management- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $20.86 - $22.14 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
