An Illinois licensed Full or Part Time LPN Nurse is required for an out-patient Methadone Clinic.
Some of the duties include but not limited to dispensing methadone, administering TB tests, assisting with physical examinations, accurate charting, filing, ordering supplies, patient education, working closely with the program's physician and other staff. Must be punctual, have reliable transportation, basic computer skills, good communication skills, must pass a background check and drug screening test. Knowledge in addiction and medication assisted treatment is a plus but will train. Hours are Monday through Friday 5:30am to 1:30pm and Saturdays 6:00am to 11:00am. Some Saturdays may be required.
