Director, Talent Management
- Develop and execute a talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee succession planning, performance management, and employee lifecycle programs, including surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders, providing expert consultation on workforce retention, internal promotions, and leadership development.
- Lead the continuous improvement and execution of talent review processes, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and team-building efforts.
- Collaboration with the Talent Management COE in optimizing the performance management system, including job descriptions, performance standards, and evaluation tools.
- Facilitate change management initiatives related to talent programs, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, talent gaps, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data insights to drive improvement.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new leaders, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees and leaders on career development and learning opportunities.
- Decision-Making & Critical Thinking – Proven ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Influencing & Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to influence leadership decisions and collaborate across business functions.
- Managing Multiple Priorities – Skilled in balancing concurrent projects and ensuring timely execution.
- Problem-Solving & Change Management – Expertise in addressing organizational challenges and driving transformation.
- Data-Driven Talent Strategy – Proficiency in leveraging analytics to assess talent effectiveness and drive HR initiatives.
- Leadership Development – Experience in collaborating on the design and implementation of leadership programs to build future-ready teams.
- Proven work experience as a Director of Talent, Talent Partner, Strategic HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Familiarity with relevant HR software and technology capabilities for enabling Talent Management processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
