Warranty Specialist

Receive, document, and process all product warranty claims in a timely manner. Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams to validate warranty eligibility and gather supporting documentation. Investigate warranty issues, including root cause analysis, and work with Engineering, Product Support, and Manufacturing teams on corrective actions.
Your Impact
Track and manage claims through internal systems and, when applicable, through OEM customer portals.
Prepare and communicate status updates and resolution plans to internal stakeholders and customers.
Support the development and improvement of warranty processes and documentation.
Provide feedback to relevant departments on recurring warranty trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Maintain detailed and organized records of claims and communications for audit purposes.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Associate degree (two-year minimum) in Agriculture, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field.
Background in agriculture, with familiarity of agricultural equipment and usage.
At least 2 years of experience in warranty, customer service, or product support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as manuals, drawings, and parts diagrams. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Your Compensation
This position will be within the range of $72,000 - $147,381, based on experience. This position is eligible for a sales incentive plan and bonus based on 10% of compensation
