As we continue expanding, we’re seeking a Finance & Funding Contractor to play a pivotal role in helping IBIAS attract funding, build partnerships, and strengthen our financial strategy. This is a results-based, commission contract role , ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys the challenge of securing financial opportunities.

Position Overview

The Finance & Funding Contractor will lead efforts to identify, pursue, and secure grants, investments, and financial partnerships . You’ll collaborate directly with IBIAS leadership to design funding strategies, pitch opportunities, and develop financial models that drive sustainable growth.

This role offers both flexibility and reward — the more funding you help bring in, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, partnerships, and investor leads
• Develop financial plans, projections, and business models aligned with IBIAS goals
• Prepare and deliver investor pitch materials and funding proposals
• Analyze costs, pricing, and ROI to guide strategic decisions
• Support grant applications, sponsorships, or accelerator submissions
• Maintain and update a funding pipeline and progress reports
• Advise leadership on financial strategy, growth planning, and budgeting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional background in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics
• Proven experience in fundraising, investment strategy, or financial planning
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• Self-motivated and comfortable working on performance-based terms
• Familiarity with startup finance, grant processes, or venture funding is a plus

Compensation

💼 Commission-Based Contract:
This is a results-driven, commission-only position. You’ll receive a percentage or negotiated fee from any funding, investment, or partnership you successfully secure for IBIAS.

Deliverables

• At least 5–10 identified funding or investment leads
