As a Contract Bilingual Onboarding Associate you will...

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.

• Manage client requirements for onboarding (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc).

• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).

• Serve as contact for contractor questions and facilitate communication with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

• Assist with contractor payroll by confirming missed punches, coordinating supervisor approval of timecards, and entering new hires into the UKG system.

• Support the On-Premise Manager with new-hire orientations and onsite facility tours.

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $23.11 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000 .
