Compliance Specialist III

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python on AHT product usage escalation rates pass rates completion rates and other key KYC metrics.
• Build dashboards and queries that display and enable tracking of program effectiveness.
• Leverage findings from data analyses and dashboards to identify and implement process improvements.
• Supports key KYC program functions required to maintain compliance. Specifically delivers process mapping documentation program health quality initiatives and tech issues.

Skills:

• Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory legislation.
• Works well independently and a strong team player.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and MS Visio.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree (in business accounting legal or related field).
• Excellent business writing skills to update regulatory artifacts Standard Operating Procedures training material etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
