We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our administrative team and help keep our billing operations running smoothly. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
  
  
• Review and verify patient billing data from dental procedures
  
  
• Post payments and adjustments into our billing system
  
  
• Work closely with insurance companies to resolve claim issues
  
  
• Handle patient billing questions with professionalism and care
  
  
• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation
  
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental billing codes and insurance guidelines
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of dental or medical billing experience preferred
  
  
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes (PPO, HMO, Medicaid)
  
  
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
