The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Midwest region. This role involves managing 5–7 sales representatives , driving new business, and helping develop and strengthen our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000+
• Bonus Program: Performance-based bonuses tied to team and individual growth
• Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones

• Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet revenue goals
• Coaches, mentors, and motivates a team of 5–7 sales representatives
• Builds strong relationships with key accounts and prospects
• Analyzes market trends and identifies growth opportunities
• Maintains a positive attitude and manages multiple priorities with ease
• Has strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals
• Is a proactive leader who seeks continuous improvement
• Resides in the Midwest region
