The Assistant Manager position is to assist the General Manager with leading in most aspects of the restaurant operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising employees during a shift
- Teaching and training OPS manuals and execution of systems
- Perform tasks and procedures to run a profitable and successful restaurant
- Responsible for assisting with cash control, labor and accountability
