What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Sales Experience: Background in B2B restaurant sales, fire and life safety, or facility services.
- Technical Know-How: Familiarity with fire safety systems, equipment, and industry regulations.
- Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Effective Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to clients.
- Independent & Versatile: Comfortable working solo and adapting to different environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM tools to track sales and client interactions.
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
- Comfortable lifting 40+ pounds and using ladders.
As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll be the bridge between businesses and essential fire safety solutions. Your role will focus on growing our client base, providing expert guidance, and promoting fire and life safety services in a high-demand, low-competition industry. Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships through virtual and in-person meetings.
- Present and demonstrate Kitchen Guard’s safety solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored fire safety solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including safety recommendations and cost estimates.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices.
- Ensure all recommendations meet compliance and safety standards.
- Be a Key Player: Work directly with leadership to shape our Chicagoland expansion.
