Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with vital signs monitoring, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Support residents with mobility and transfer tasks

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
