Pediatric Occupational Therapist-Outpatient

Join a growing outpatient pediatric clinic where you can provide 1:1 OT services in a supportive, clinician-owned setting. This is a full-time 36-hour/week position (includes documentation time + lunch). Flexibility with schedule and no weekends required.

• Outpatient Pediatric OT Role – infants through young teens.
• Competitive Pay: $52–$62/hr (W-2 with full benefits)
• Full-Time Schedule: 36 hours/week (not high-volume quotas which includes documentation time and lunch).

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 outpatient OT services to infants through young teens.
• Conduct evaluations & individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Deliver creative, evidence-based interventions in our fully equipped sensory-motor gym.
• Collaborate closely with families & teammates for whole-child care.
• Manage your schedule with autonomy and complete documentation in a supportive workflow.
• Contribute new ideas for specialty programs as our clinic continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Illinois (required).
• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 2+ years pediatric OT experience (outpatient preferred, but strong new grads with passion for pediatrics encouraged to apply).
• Interest in or open minded to utilizing a holistic approach including reflex integration; Passion for holistic, whole-child care.
• A therapist with strong clinical reasoning, creativity, and adaptability.
• Eager to keep learning and developing skills.
• Upbeat, reliable, and collaborative — someone who thrives in a team-focused, supportive clinic.
