Commercial Account Manager - Fleet & Commercial Vehicle Sales

Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a strong network of commercial and fleet clients in the local market * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals * Conduct consultative sales by assessing client needs and recommending tailored vehicle and upfit solutions * Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client partnerships * Collaborate with service, finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process * Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies * Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets Requirements * 3+ years of experience in Commercial or Fleet Vehicle Sales * Strong knowledge of vehicle upfits, upfitters, and fleet solutions * Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills * Strong negotiation and closing abilities * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission potential * Book of Business Retention Bonus available * Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) * Paid vacation and employee discounts * Company vehicle * Strong inventory support with over 200 units available across all product lines * Family-owned, supportive workplace culture If you are looking for a home, and not just a job, apply today to become a member of the Haggerty Auto Group!
