Davis Staffing is seeking motivated Assemblers to support production of battery modules, packs, and electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Qualifications Include:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read and follow SOPs

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs

• Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assemble battery modules, packs, and components per work instructions

• Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly (wiring, fastening, placement)

• Operate production tools, machinery, and testing equipment

• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Follow SOPs and production schedules

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Job Details Include:

• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• 4 days on / 4 days off rotating schedule

• Schedule includes weekends and holidays

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Required use of PPE

• Overtime may be required based on production needs
