Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Generative AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML platforms. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to drive innovation in AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML platforms and solutions across cloud environments.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models including development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Design robust data pipelines, storage systems, and processing frameworks to support AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI strategies with business goals.
- Ensure best practices in model governance, performance tuning, and ethical AI usage.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 14+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and platform development.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
- Experience in data engineering, including pipeline design, storage solutions, and distributed processing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., GPT, GANs, diffusion models).
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 99,712 - 168,716
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
