Advanced CNC Technician - Mazak Controller
Step into the dynamic role of Advanced CNC Technician and become an instrumental part of our precision engineering team. Here's what the role entails:
- Expertly preparing machinery setups, calibrating tool registers, and pioneering adjustment of offsets.
- Installing machine fixtures and instigating accurate first-piece testing.
- Monitoring operational integrity, identifying potential malfunctions, and implementing necessary modifications.
- Coding from schematics using sophisticated Mazatrol or G code.
- Working extensively with Mazatrol T-32, T+, Fusion, Matrix, and Smooth Controls.
- Verifying component dimensions and finishes to ensure print compliance.
Profile:
- Completion of high school education or GED
- A resilience built from production manufacturing exposure and multi-axis lathe familiarity.
- 3-5 years' experience requisite.
- Command over programming language techniques (G-Code, M-Code) and adeptness in handling production setups.
- PLC troubleshooting and programming credentials.
- Skilled use of CAM Software for a competitive edge.
