One of our cornerstone programs is Foster Care, which connects DCFS-referred youth ages 0–21 with safe, nurturing homes and the comprehensive services they need to thrive. Whether supporting Traditional, Specialized, or Adolescent Foster Care, our staff work alongside foster families and caregivers to help young people reach permanency-whether that's reunification with their birth family or a long-term alternative caregiver.

- Support youth in creating and pursuing education and vocational plans.
- Visit youth in homes, schools, and community settings to provide hands-on support.
- Collaborate with foster care teams to align education goals with case plans.
- Monitor attendance and progress in school or training programs.
- Offer tutoring or connect youth to additional learning resources as needed.
- Problem-solve with school staff or program providers when challenges arise.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of progress and goals.
