Trainer

Location: Hybrid 1 - This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week , fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Work Shift Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (CST)

The Trainer is responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events. Training is typically focused primarily on concrete skills related to training on processes and procedures and includes soft skills content. Will modify/update, create agendas, learning plans and guides, using Microsoft Word, PDF files, and PowerPoint presentations.

How you will make an impact:

  • Facilitates training sessions that are performance-based in nature and across multiple platforms.

  • Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and global environments.

  • Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs.

  • Effectively navigate business platforms, workflows, and job roles within a call center environment.

  • Exercises classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary.

  • Consults and solves learning solutions including: identifies client training needs, successfully uses performance consulting to analyze data and identify root cause to determine appropriate learning solutions, develops service level agreements and meets with clients to obtain approval.

  • Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction.

  • Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness.

  • Keeps technical skills updated.

  • Collaborates with peers and business partners to ensure accuracy and relevance in training delivery.

  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BA/BS Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of training experience ; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office Programs.

  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of call center business operations and can navigate platforms, workflows, solutions, and roles effectively.

  • Demonstrates competencies in mentoring or coaching less senior team members.

  • Proficient in facilitating team meetings, training sessions, or classes.

  • Ability to obtain Training/Facilitation Certification within 12 months of employment.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $62,244 to $102,258.

Locations: California, Illinois, and New York.
