Warehouse Worker
Kitchen Cabinet Guys (KCG) is growing and we’re hiring a Factory Assistant to support our cabinet manufacturing and finishing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with shop tools and equipment in a production environment.
Location: KCG West Chicago Factory / Warehouse
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: starting $17/h for entry level, competitive hourly pay based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily factory and laminate preparation and cabinet production tasks
- Prepare cabinet doors, panels, and components for finishing and assembly
- Support sanding, laminating, and spray finishing processes
- Help organize materials, hardware, and tools
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and workflow efficiency
Skills & Equipment Experience (Preferred)
- Orbital / sheet sanding machines (handheld paper sanders)
- Power drills and basic shop tools
- Spray guns for glue application (training available)
- Ability to safely handle and clean tools after use
(Experience is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate.)
