We are seeking a highly skilled Air-Cooled Master Porsche Technician / Mechanic to join our elite team specializing in classic Porsche restoration, maintenance, and performance tuning . If you're a technician or mechanic with hands-on experience working on vintage Porsche 356s, long-hood 911s, G-Body Carreras, 964s, and other air-cooled legends this is your chance to do what you love in a shop that truly respects the craft.

This is not a flat-rate production line this is a professional, detail-oriented environment built around experienced technicians and passionate mechanics who understand what these vehicles mean to the world.

Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Perform full mechanical restoration and service on vintage, air-cooled Porsche models
• Diagnose drivability, mechanical, and electrical issues specific to air-cooled engines and systems
• Conduct engine and transmission rebuilds top-end and full rebuilds strongly preferred
• Complete concours-level upgrades, maintenance, and performance modifications
• Collaborate with fellow technicians , mechanics , and the restoration team to plan and execute builds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional technician workspace
• Uphold the highest standard of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and mechanical excellence

Technician / Mechanic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on air-cooled Porsche technician or mechanic experience
• Deep mechanical knowledge of Porsche air-cooled engines, suspensions, and chassis systems
• Proven experience rebuilding engines and transmissions (full builds a major plus)
• Real-world diagnostic skills more than just reading manuals
• Strong sense of pride in your work as a technician or mechanic , with attention to historical accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team of like-minded professionals
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
