80 hours a pay period - benefits depend on hours worked.

Job Description

Assist in directing and supervising all aspects of SNF/ICF services, functions and activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Plan patient/resident care, provide direct care following established standards and practices, and performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Access to information is limited to minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current registered nurse license in the State of Illinois.
• Current BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Grade 20.
