Office Administrator
Small office in Park Ridge, IL seeks a qualified individual for a part time administrative position.
Minimum qualifications are as follows:
-Generating invoices in our billing system and manually calculating costs and profit.
-Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, and Word
-Excellent math skills
-Answering incoming calls
-Maintaining office supplies.
