Back of House Staff

The Goddess Rocks! Catering Department caters events across a wide range of
venues located in the Chicago Area and other out of state locations. We are
known for catering ranging from small events to large-scale and festival
productions. We are seeking highly motivated individuals aiming to provide
high-quality food and services for each Event.
We are hiring at all levels for the 2025 season – Dishwashers, FOH staff,
Delivery, Load in & out, Chefs, VIP Catering coordinators, Shoppers etc.
Duties and responsibilities
 Assist in set up & load out of catering equipment & supplies, this includes lifting
items of at least 25 pounds.
 Organizing & ensuring all supplies are available and in the correct quantities
before and during events.
 Help set up buffet lines, food and beverage stations
 Ensure that all catering areas are well-stocked with food, drinks, cutlery, and
serving utensils etc. throughout the event.
 Collaborate with the catering team to ensure proper food presentation and
arrangement.
 Support the catering team with transportation of food and equipment
 Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling, storage, and
service.
 Ensure that all catering equipment is cleaned and maintained according to
hygiene standards.
 Teamwork – willingness to assist team in all depts
 Provide operational support during event breaks and turnover period
 Assist with the clean-up and breakdown of catering areas after the event.
 Help with post-event inventory checks

We currently have multiple positions available ranging from part-time to full-
time plus OT. You will be required to work at any outlet/venue across the
Chicagoland area. Out of state work is optional. Hours are flexible with advance
notice. This will be an on-call role and involve evening and weekend work.
