Seeking an expert Python automation developer to build a video content pipeline for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — $2,000, 2-week contract, remote-global. Opportunity for ongoing work is possible after successful completion.

Team, Collaboration & Culture

You will work directly one-on-one with Elvoro’s visionary non-technical founder in the CET time zone. Put in effort, take initiative and expect frequent, hands-on communication every step along the way via phone calls, WhatsApp, and/or email to drive rapid progress.

Responsibilities

• 
  Follow the founder’s detailed instructions for video improvements and content strategies to ensure every clip meets the highest quality standards.

• Access and improve the work-in-progress Python-based social media MVP code in Elvoro’s private GitHub repository.

• Enhance the complex pipeline to generate 2,250 unique short videos for each of two clients (4,500 total) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Add scheduling automation to post all unique videos across social media platforms post-generation.

• Improve the complex python pipeline, advance the GitHub repository and handle unexpected technical challenges yourself.
  
  

Compensation

• 
  Earn $2,000 for completing the project within the achievable 2-week deadline.

• $500 bonus (total $2,500) if finished early; $500 deduction if delayed to Week 3; 90% deduction for complete failure or longer delays.

• Leverage the existing and working prototype in GitHub.

• Build respected expertise in Python, complex pipelines, APIs, and AI-driven marketing.

• Full autonomy: Work remotely in your own setup and make your own technical decisions.

• Provided: Paid GitHub seat, API resources, and secrets during engagement .

Qualifications

• 
  3+ years of strong Python development expertise.

• Proven experience developing complex Python automation pipelines for scalable workflows.

• Hands-on work integrating and managing APIs (e.g. AI LLM’s) in production environments and using free open source solutions.

• Comfortable with GitHub workflows (branching, PRs, collaboration).

• Fluent English.

  Familiarity with social media APIs (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), marketing, and/or content creation.
