Sales Manager
DAC Engineering is looking for a S ales Manager! The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing sales to help the organization in meeting overall goals and objectives as well as growing and developing the business. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Salary Range: $105,000/year to $150,000/year
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Create and achieve department measurables that effectively support meeting or exceeding overall company objectives and goals. •
Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs. •
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Responsible for tactical execution of customer contract terms and flow-downs.
Stay informed about the company's products/services and industry trends.
Establishes and manages continuous improvements of customer relationships, striving to capitalize on satisfaction and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
5 plus years’ experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role highly preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Represents the voice of the company on and off site.
Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
