Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Location: Deer Park, IL (fully onsite)

Job Description:

This role involves providing high-quality support to customers by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude and high attention to detail is critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order processing: Accuracy and follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination effectively
• Export Operations: Hands-on experience with export processes, including freight bookings
• Time Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Strong Communication : Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and international stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Must be able to commute everyday onsite to Deer Park
• Minimum of 2 years of full cycle product based customer service experience
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce a plus
• Working knowledge of international business practices preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional business correspondence and follow-up to utilize different software platforms

Additional Details:

• This position is based on-site and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• This role is very fast paced that requires patience and mature problem solving
• Different start times open: 5am, 7am and 10am
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a global business environment
• Experience collaborating across time zones and cultures is highly preferred
