About the Opportunity

United Schools Associates (USA), the official Benefits Enrollment Firm for Chicago Public Schools (CPS), is seeking professional Benefits Counselors to support CPS employees during Open Enrollment.

Benefits Counselors will educate CPS employees and provide professional enrollment support during the enrollment period.

Compensation

• Standard Benefits Counselor: $300/day guaranteed
• Certified Elite Benefits Counselor: $400/day guaranteed
• Top producers may earn up to $1,000/day

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Possess an active Illinois Life & Health License
• Pass USA Training University
• Successfully complete CPS background screening

Background Screening Event

USA will cover the cost of the required CPS background screening.


Applicants must attend ONE scheduled screening date:

• June 30, 2027

• July 30, 2027
