We are seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can efficiently manage both accounting and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all bookkeeping functions, including:
• • Accounts Payable (A/P)
  • Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • General Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Monthly Financial Close
  • Profit & Loss Statements
• Maintain inventory transactions and inventory control within the ERP system.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and business reports for management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and provide documentation for tax preparation.
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate employee time records, including vacation, sick time, and holiday tracking.
• Create presentations, spreadsheets, and management reports.
• Organize and maintain company filing systems and records retention.
• Support additional administrative and financial projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping and office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • General Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Financial Reporting
• Experience using ERP systems (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
