We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish) highly motivated Dental Office Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, has excellent communication skills and is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dental environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using EagleSoft
- Verify dental insurance coverage and complete insurance verification prior to appointments
- Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient appointment flow and treatment scheduling
- Send and track appointment reminders and ensure timely follow-up on patient communications
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, typing, and filing
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment
- Experience managing patient appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups in a dental office environment
- Knowledge of insurances and benefits
- Proficiency in EagleSoft
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
