What You’ll Bring to the Chair (Requirements)

• 1+ year of experience in the dental field (this one’s non-negotiable — we need a seasoned pro!)
• A solid understanding of dentistry and treatment options

Pay Range

• $18–$25/hour (Depending on experience — and yes, we recognize your value!)

Your Week at a Glance

• Monday: 8am–6pm
• Tuesday: 9am–7pm
• Wednesday: 8am–6pm
• Thursday: 8am–5pm
• Friday: 8am–1pm (Long weekends, anyone?)

• Be the welcoming face and first impression for every patient who walks in
• Manage the schedule like a pro – keep us on track and stress-free
• Present treatment plans with confidence and clarity
• Help patients understand fees, insurance, and payment options
• Track and maintain a 90%+ case acceptance rate (yep, you're that good!)
• Keep the phones humming and the office buzzing with efficiency
• Collaborate with other providers and offices to ensure top-tier care
• Keep patient accounts in check and payments on point
• Bring your A-game to whatever the day throws at you
