Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in North Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a stand-up forklift and performing various warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

· Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.

· Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.

· Verify quantities, labeling, and quality before dispatching.

· Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and data entry.

· Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.

· Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures (GxP, PPE, etc.) .

· Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organization.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.

· Experience operating a stand-up forklift is strongly preferred.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach during the shift.

· Basic computer and RF scanner skills.

· Ability to read and understand English instructions, labels, and documentation.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

· Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

· Certified forklift operator

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

· Experience in regulated or GMP environments
