Production Support Associate

Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: T o help support our daily production operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to a team that produces high-quality safety apparel used across critical industries. Essential Job Functions:
- Move production bundles, carts, and materials throughout the facility.
- Support production teams and supervisors with daily operational needs.
- Assist with material handling, labeling, and organization.
- Verify accuracy of components, labels, and production information.
- Review shop orders and tech packs when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Use basic computer systems for tracking or verification tasks.
- Assist with additional duties to support business needs.
Experience: 1 year of office administration/inventory management experience. Key Competencies:
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly based on production needs
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter with proactive thinking
- Comfortable using computers and basic systems
- Strong teamwork and commitment to shared goals
- Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or Chinese is preferred
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Frequent walking throughout the shift.
Ability to move materials and carts as needed.
