Pay Information

• $19.00/hour

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday

• 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

• On-site role

• In-person interviews required

Position Overview
This role supports daily distribution center operations through system monitoring, reporting, and clerical coordination. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse office experience, strong SAP skills, and a reliable, eager-to-learn mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outbound activity and replenishment workflows using SAP and internal systems

• Prepare and update daily operational reports

• Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation

• Serve as a point of support for floor associates when leadership is unavailable

• Share operational updates and workflow information with relevant teams

• Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments

• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure smooth operations

• Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• SAP experience is required

• Previous clerical or administrative experience within a warehouse or distribution environment

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with reports and data

• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn new processes

Experience and Education

• 0 to 3 years of related experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience performing routine clerical duties such as filing, recordkeeping, and document management preferred
