Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Onsite - Schaumburg, IL

Compensation: Base $110K-$130K + 15% bonus when you bill 1800 hours

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a diverse caseload, focusing on civil and commercial litigation, while providing exceptional legal services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to complex legal matters in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in preparing legal documents and cases for trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and memoranda.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in civil and commercial matters.
• Review and analyze contracts and business agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on various business-related issues.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to strategize case management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar license in Illinois
• 3+ years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
• Experience in real estate law, construction law, or family law are a plus!
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
