• Outpatient Internal Medicine in a single-clinic setting
• Physician-led organization with collaborative administration
• Dedicated APP support at all locations
• Strong clinical assistance with a 1:2 physician-to-MA/LPN ratio
• Average 18-22 patients per day for full-time physicians
• Telenurse triage for call coverage

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule (hours vary by site)
• Full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• Flexible number of days and hours with prorated options available
• Physicians can create schedules aligned with their needs
• No inpatient responsibilities

• Base salary of $304,478 (full-time)
• Performance Incentive Program for additional earnings
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $150,000 in student loan forgiveness
• 35 days of vacation and CME per calendar year
• $4,000 annual CME allowance
• Six paid holidays plus clinic is closed Friday after Thanksgiving, and there is a half-day on Christmas Eve
