What You'll Do:
Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily nursing operations.
Ensure nursing services align with federal, state, and local regulations to provide the highest level of patient care.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless and comprehensive care experience for residents.
Complete administrative tasks such as medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
Help ensure proper staffing levels, medication management, and safety equipment are in place to support excellent care.

What You'll Need:
A nursing degree from an accredited program OR graduation from an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
A current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Illinois.
At least two years of experience in a supervisory healthcare role (preferred).
